In Autumn 2017, Esme initiated a theatre project with a group of theatrical friends who had met while working  as cast in David Edgar's play Hannay Stands Fast, produced by the Llangollen 20 Club. They are currently in rehearsal for Dracula - scripted, produced, and co-directed by Esme. This will be performed in May 2018.
